Disappointed
I placed an order on 2/12/13, next I went to Wells Forgo on 2/13/13 and made a cash deposit to the wells Fargo savings Account with the supplied deposit slip. I was Informed that once the payment was made it would take 2-3 business days for my order to arrive well I did not receive my order by Monday 2/18/2013. I proceeded to call just to find out that my order still had not been shipped due to incompetence on there part. You would think that if you made a cash deposit directly into there account they would have records of it, well I was suprised to hear in order for us to confirm your payment you are going to have to send us a copy of your bank register receipt. is this a scam or what. i am very disappointed in this. This sets the repairs to my vehicle back 3 Weeks becuase the shop could not wait for parts that may or may not come. I would not ever recommend this company to anybody, look around for your parts you will be able to find it cheaper and get your parts faster. I personnally believe that if they could not get the parts to in the time frame they said then they should refund the shipping. I will be reporting my disappointment to the Better Business Bureau.
