Disappointed

I placed an order on 2/12/13, next I went to Wells Forgo on 2/13/13 and made a cash deposit to the wells Fargo savings Account with the supplied deposit slip. I was Informed that once the payment was made it would take 2-3 business days for my order to arrive well I did not receive my order by Monday 2/18/2013. I proceeded to call just to find out that my order still had not been shipped due to incompetence on there part. You would think that if you made a cash deposit directly into there account they would have records of it, well I was suprised to hear in order for us to confirm your payment you are going to have to send us a copy of your bank register receipt. is this a scam or what. i am very disappointed in this. This sets the repairs to my vehicle back 3 Weeks becuase the shop could not wait for parts that may or may not come. I would not ever recommend this company to anybody, look around for your parts you will be able to find it cheaper and get your parts faster. I personnally believe that if they could not get the parts to in the time frame they said then they should refund the shipping. I will be reporting my disappointment to the Better Business Bureau.

This customer placed a $394.88 order with us on Feb. 12 and chose "Cash at Wells Fargo" as his payment method. Our order confirmation instructs, "Please print the deposit form below and take it to any Wells Fargo Bank branch. Please submit the form below with your payment at the teller window, drive-thru, or night depository."

The deposit slip included in the confirmation indicates, among other information, a note that the order was paid for in cash. Because this customer did not submit the needed slip to Wells Fargo Bank upon making the deposit, we saw a payment of $394.88 in our account on February 14, but we had no way to prove it was a cash payment without the slip. We needed to assume he wrote a check and deposited it into our account, since the cash payment was not verified. We treated his payment like we treat personal check payments and arranged for the order to release on February 20, when a check would have cleared.

When the customer contacted us on February 18 regarding his order, we explained we could release the order faster with a copy of the necessary slip indicating cash was paid. This customer provided a copy of his slip later that day, proving cash payment. We released the order immediately thereafter. The order shipped the next day via FedEx Ground. FedEx Ground typically takes 1-5 business days to arrive after shipping. The order reached this customer's shipping location on February 21, 2 business days after shipping. We hope he will give us a try in the future and keep in mind that we also accept all major credit cards, wire transfers and PayPal as payment methods.
