Fuel Pumps Should Be Inspected Before Shipping

Hello I bought a fuel pump from Rock Auto and had it installed by my mechanic. Then My mechanic had to remove the fuel tank and pump because the pump only had 2 pounds pressure.

I asked Rock Auto to ship me another fuel pump as fast as they can.

Rock Auto sent me my second fuel pump, by the slowest means possible and I am not impressed at all.

I have now been without a vehicle for a week and who knows when my fuel pump will arrive.

I will never use Rock Auto again

We sincerely regret that this reviewer's first fuel pump had inadequate pressure. He called us on 8/15 to notify us of the problem, and we shipped his replacement out that same day. This reviewer is in Canada, and international shipping can sometimes take longer than a domestic shipment. We apologize that he was unsatisfied with the shiptime on his package, although we hope he gives us another shot in the future.
