Climate Control installed our Daikin mini-split system in May 2014(?) and CC techs only, have serviced it twice a year since. Grant notified us of his ETA, was on time, even waiting patiently while another delivery was in progress, serviced the system efficiently, addressed our questions and concerns, recommended possible improvements — and even entertained our non-service related banter! I call that PERSONABLE service!
