The whole process was seamless. John was a highly knowledgeable and caring arborist, and answered all my questions when he came out for the estimate (and I had a lot of questions - I'm from a city with gravel yards and this was my first time hiring a tree service). They were easy to schedule with. Fabian Crew was on time, efficient, and professional. They made sure to protect some of my plants that were in the path of work and cleaned up all debris before they left. My two very tall trees, a split maple and a sequoia, look great. I was stressed about having this work done and they made it easy. I will definitely use EcotreeNW again - I trust them, their skill and knowledge of PNW trees.
