The products worked fine. I do not have any issues with that. But the way they were installed was sloppy. We have a drain tube that goes outside, and the installer said it would freeze in the winter and we would have to deal with that. I would like for them to send a supervisor to check the work and make the necessary adjustments so that we do not have frozen pipes in the winter. The tank should be secured to the wall so that it does not fall over but there is nothing in place to secure it. That has been our experience.
