They made a mistake but were happy to come back and fix it. We have used them for a few things. This time they put in a AC unit but forgot to seal the whole where it comes in the house and we got a pack rat in the house. They also put in furnace that was too small originally. I think they need to have a supervisor that checks jobs once they are finished. Both of these mistakes would have been caught if they had someone check the work.
