We thought we needed some minor improvements to our main drain pipe and had a slow leak from a hose bib. Upon calling yesterday, Josh informed us that we would be put on a waitlist and there was no way of knowing how long that would last.
Fast forward one day, Josh calls back to say that they are available! Nick A. Came out within an hour and listened to the concerns we had. Nick was able to explain the fixes needed and show us a breakdown prior to work started. Nick was polite and professional and let us know as each step was done and he was moving on to the next task.
I am so happy with the work that was done that I would gladly recommend Pride Plumbing to everyone I know. I would use Pride Plumbing for all future plumbing we need.
