I had a leak that appeared to be from a toilet. David V. and Nathan thoroughly addressed possible alternate causes for the leak (other than the toilet) to help ensure that the leak would be fixed properly. They clearly explained their findings to me and my wife and we agreed on the what repairs were actually needed. They worked quickly and the work area was spotless when they left. David did an excellent job in reviewing the order/invoice with me. He took photos as well. We've used Pride before, and we'll continue to use them. Nice job guys.
