My home was built in 1928 and over the years I have replaced my toilet alomg with the the wax seal and was taken back by the tact that the cost now in having the just the seal replaced is almost $400.00 dollars however Matthew who just did this job for me was experienced and promptly determined what needed to be done to secure the seal to the lead drain connection securely and then fixed this, so my money was well spent along with him being courteous, thorough and when I brought him scouring cleaner, rag and warm water he cleaned up the floor stains underneath the toilet as well… So please thank him for me.
