I was really impressed with Steve and the way he diagnosed the problem with my bathroom faucet. The first thing he thought was the problem turned out to be it. Steve is truly an asset to Pride Plumbing and would ask for him in the future. Also, Ursula, who set up the appointment was great to speak to and advised me of how the appointment would be handled.
