We were very pleased with the service we received from Nick A. of Pride Plumbing. He was very professional and corrected the pipe problem efficiently and in a timely fashion. He was also friendly, knowledgeable, and practiced COVID-19 protocols when in our home.

We also were impressed with the follow-up phone call from Pride as to our opinion. The person who placed the call was friendly and we enjoyed talking with her. it's clear Pride cares about customer service.
