I was impressed when the company said they would send someone out within 24 hours to look at my issue, and then a service provider actually showed up. I've experienced some companies that just never show up.
Nick was friendly and professional right from the start. He was thorough in his work and spoke to me in terms I could, as a non-plumber, understand, and answered or repeated anything I needed clarified. He made his complimentary inspection and gave me his findings. We are considering signing up for the annual program based on that information.
