Have used in the past, David V (our service rep twice now) was more than courteous and started to dig to the root of the problem, rather than band-aid the issue. He crawled around our attic space to ensure proper venting, listened to the pipes for proper drainage and then attacked the problem professionally. Had all parts in van. Hopefully I won't need to, but will call again if required.
