We woke up this morning to water all over our basement floor. Water heater kaput along with a dead sump pump. I ran to Lowe’s for a new sump pump while my husband called Pride Plumbing! They were able to get us in within a few hours. Keith got us up and running with a new hot water heater and even helped me figure out the pipe on the sump pump. He was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. We will definitely trust Pride for all of our future plumbing issues!
