When you find out your hot water heater is leaking around 3pm on a Sunday and it is removed, replaced and the new one in working order by 8:30pm that same day, and all this done the very first time you've used Pride Plumbing, how can you be anything but immensely pleased and grateful. Sam, the plumber who responded to my distress, was polite, careful and so pleasant despite his Sunday afternoon and possibly dinner hour being disrupted by my problem. I have already given Pride's name to a colleague who might be having some plumbing done soon.
