I cannot say enough good things about Pride Plumbing! Yesterday, I noticed the old toilet in the upstairs master bathroom was starting to not flush properly. I contacted Pride first thing this morning to see about getting the toilet replaced sooner than later. Ross was very helpful and set us up for Wednesday afternoon. I mentioned that if they had someone cancel an appointment before my scheduled appointment, I would be happy to fill the time slot. Around 2pm this afternoon, I received a call asking if I would like the work to be done today...oh heck yes!! Keith called me when he was about 30 minutes out to let me know he was on his way. This was Keith's second time working on our property (the first time was for high water pressure in our pipes....which he fixed flawlessly) and you could not ask for a nicer guy! After looking at the toilet and discussing a repair option, I decided to go ahead with the replacement. He got the estimate written up and went right to work. In no time at all, the toilet was installed, the old one hauled away and the bathroom was left neat and tidy. Pride Plumbing is my "go to" for all my plumbing issues.
