We had a plumbing emergency, as our entire house was backed up with water coming up in our toilets and from our shower drain. We called Pride Plumbing and were told they would get someone to our house as soon as possible, but it could be a few hours. 15 minutes later David V. called and told us he was on his way. He immediately diagnosed the problem as a blockage between our home and the sewer line. It was a messy job and took a few hours, but he fixed it and cleaned up. When he left the plumbing was fixed and the area of our basement where he was working was cleaner then when he arrived. David explained exactly what he had to do and what it would cost, before he began. When he was done, there were no extra charges and he explained exactly what caused the problem and how we could avoid it in the future. We wee extremely impressed with the professionalism of both Pride Plumbing and David and could not be more satisfied.
