This is the second time that I have had to rely on Pride Plumbing within the last year. The first time was for a sump pump replacement. This time I noticed a wet spot on the ceiling of my kitchen that doubled in size within 12 hours. I called Pride Plumbing, they had Dave V. at my house within 3 hours.
Dave located the leak and repaired the joint that was the culprit. He had to cut a hole in the wall outside of my upstairs bathroom to be able to access the pipes, he placed a really neat door in that spot, so we would continue to have access to those pipes in the future.
Dave had to cut a rectangle from my kitchen ceiling to get to the leaking joint. He showed me the problem, actually he kept me informed every step of the way. There were no surprises. He recommended I file a claim with my HomeOwners Insurance to repair the kitchen ceiling and have it painted, so it all matched. Great advice, excellent service, so nice AND he cleaned up after himself.
