Sump Pump Stopped Pumping
On the evening of 5/15/2017, I heard my sump pump motor running, but no pumping was occurring. The water level was extremely high in the holding area, but not close enough to warrant an emergency call. I checked with Hawn Heating & Air, who I deal with regularly. The gal I spoke with didn't hesitate for a second when recommending Pride Plumbing.
I called and was told someone would be at my house between 7-10pm that even though I clearly stated I didn't think it would hurt to wait until the next day. I got a call from "Ken"about 2 hours after my call to Pride. He said he could be at my house in 40 minutes, hours earlier than had been stated to me which was awesome.
Ken arrived. He was neat and very nice. So respectful and courteous to me. He checked my sump pump, made a quick diagnosis, quoted me a price and set to work. He said it would take a couple of hours to install a new pump. He finished ahead of schedule.
Everything was explained to me. I did purchase the service plan because it was a good deal. Ken did a complimentary inspection of my current plumbing( hot water heater, toilets, sinks) made some suggestions for improvements. He was not pushy at all. He just noted what he saw and told me what the cost for the improvements would be should I decide to pursue that path.
It was a really great experience. It didn't cost me as much as I had expected. I now have a new plumbing company that I feel comfortable and confident with. I highly recommend Pride Plumbing. If you are lucky, Ken might be doing your service. He is top-notch professional with a great personality for dealing with a customer who was unsure and a little spastic(that was me-lol)
Thanks Pride Plumbing and an extra special Thanks to Ken!!!
