I had another company install my original pool cover but when I needed a replacement cover and repairs, they were terrible and that’s when I turned to Pool Covers, Inc. Two years ago they replaced my cover and did a fantastic job (in quality of work, knowledge of what to do and in terms of timely repairs). I recently needed some further repairs related to the original installer prior to Pool Covers. I easily set up the appt and they kept me quite informed about timing of arrival. Ken H was the technician who came out and did an excellent job assessing what I needed done. After scheduling those repairs, he came back out and completed the repairs and actually saved me money by figuring out a way to not take out all the pieces to get to the one that needed to be repaired. That in itself shows what their technicians are like and the service they provide. Thanks Ken for the excellent work and for making the repairs easy for me. I will continue to use their firm going forward for my future repairs.
