From the initial phone call for help, to the actual service, great experience! There was a massive nest of what we thought were bees, turned out to be yellow jackets, in a tree ou back. Manuel was so nice, the minute I saw him I felt calm knew everything would be alright. He got right to work was finished in an hour or less. Gave me instructions concerning safety of our dogs, and how long to wait before cutting down the tree. Will recommend them over and over again. Thank you
