Unexpected plumbing issues close to holidays. Called Tim’s and Josh came the next morning. He was experienced, skilled and explained everything including the reasonable price before doing the job. Very kind and patient with my questions. Also replaced an unexpected failed hot water heater during this time. Again, very grateful for Josh’s expertise.
