I have been using Crystal Findings Inc for over a year now, and they are the only company I work with, to order supplies for my crafting. I found them initially through an online search, and they are great! Their customer service reps are very nice. They know me by my first name, and I've never had any issues with them. If there are any errors with orders they have no problem whatsoever in correcting them. Their shipping is also really good and very quick! They sent me something yesterday, and it got here today! That's great, especially since they're in Pennsylvania and I'm in Virginia. Overall it's been a good experience, and I will continue to use them.
