Crystal Findings Inc is a good company. I've dealt with other companies occasionally but I continue to deal with Crystal Findings regularly. For years, I had an open account with them. Then they changed their policies and now ask for payment upfront. It slows things down when I have to mail a check to them. But after they receive payment, I'm very pleased with how quickly they deliver. They are good about shipping items right out. They are kind and very pleasant to deal with. I also miss the hard copy of their catalog which used to be small but useful to me. I prefer the hard copy to the on-line catalog for browsing beads. Even if they only issued a catalog every year or two with the caveat that gold prices might fluctuate, I like looking at the beads and comparing which ones are right for my shop. Our business is thriving since the shutdown. We're about to build a two-story addition onto our building and I'm looking forward to filling it with more items for my customers. I will continue to order supplies from Crystal Findings Inc.
