I live in Reno with a second home in Truckee. I needed yearly service for my tankless water heater in Truckee. I worked Erin, the Truckee manager of InMotion, and easily arranged where to leave a key for the technician and a request for programing the circulating pumps. This was accomplished as promised, including the programing. The billing was easy with a link for direct payment. It doesn't get easier or better than this.
