Totally satisfied with the technician and the work done. The only disappointment was that in previous years I have had Heat/AC/Tankless water heater serviced in a single visit. When the Tech arrived he told me he serviced only the heat/AC. Second visit now scheduled for the water heater. Not a huge deal but thought you should know.
