The Gentleman that came out to do the work was a consummate professional.
He looked at the work that needed to be done and gave me an estimate. I cleared the price with my Landlord and the work started.
No additional discussion. He knew exactly what needed to be done and performed the work efficiently and quickly. He discovered that the “Supply Lines” had been reversed by the Washing Machine Installer. He rectified that problem when he hooked the Supply Lines back up after replacing the “Quarter Turn Angle Stops”.
He tested all of his work and pushed the Washer back where it was.
The Paperwork took about 2 minutes and he went to his next job.
I am 100% satisfied an will use Black Mountain Plumbing again in the future.
