The work was well executed, and the gentlemen who delivered them were courteous and proficient. My only issues was the timeliness. Due to a repair, we we told 2-3 weeks. When I called at 2 weeks, I was told possibly 3-4 weeks;?I said that was unacceptable. When I called again just before 3 weeks, the woman said she would “look into it” and call me back. She never did. I had to call again. The carpets were ready at 3 weeks.
