While we were out for our morning walk, we got a frantic call from a neighbor in our apartment complex telling us that we should come back immediately. We got home to find that the rooftop pool at our apartment building at the Reston metro had leaked massive amounts of nasty pool water into our apartment and dozens of other units, leaving our oriental rugs surfing in the dreck.

We called Ayoub, telling them that we had a rug emergency. They had a truck there in a couple of hours to collect the rugs, which were soggy with water, pool chemicals and all the miscellaneous things people deposit in communal pools. They cleaned, restored and sanitized the carpets and delivered them to our new apartment two miles away.

We have used Ayoub for routine cleaning for years, but nothing like this mess. They went above and beyond. I can’t say enough good things.
