Clean carpets!
Good experience--"missed communication" at the start as we were told 8-10 working days to clean carpets brought in ... after that time frame, we called and were given wrong info, that it would be 2-3 weeks. No real problems otherwise as we have always had good service in the past. These were carpets (area rugs) that we bought from them and are happy with them!
