I have been using Ayoub Carpet Service (ACS) for 15 years. I have purchased pads for my Karastan carpets when I first arrived in Virginia. I additionally purchased and had ACS re-carpet my wall to wall carpet on the top 2 floors of my townhome to include the entire stairways. I also utilized their service when removing banisters and posts to repair the newly revealed floor. All work was done expeditiously with quality workmanship. Their installation and repair teams were polite, courteous, and performed excellent work paying attention to detail. I most recently had my 3 Karastan rugs cleaned and rolled with new carpet pads and then had them package each rug in preparation of the movers to transport them to my new home. Although I have not checked the cleaning because I don't want to destroy the packaging - I feel very comfortable that they have done a superb job. I want to also give a shout out to the showroom team. As I am currently building a home in Wyoming and needing to select a carpet brand and color, the showroom personnel went out of their way helping me and arranging to obtain carpet samples. ACS has been outstanding in all areas.
