My system went out and I knew it would have to be replaced as it was already 12 yrs old and original builders quality system. I needed reliable people who I knew with a good reputation. Champion AC is a good company with good people who take pride in their work. They get back to you when you need service and are prompt and RELIABLE. Thanks to Tim Britt, my comfort advisor, Seth who brought over a window unit loaner to keep us comfortable until replacement of the old unit and Shaon the installer who singlehandedly swapped out the old unit quick and efficiently. I contacted Monday for service call, Tuesday scheduled and made well advised purchase of new unit and had unit installed Wednesday. Luck was truly on my side. FYI it has been high nineties this week. I was expecting the worst but got the best with Champion AC.
