Jordon arrived 20 minutes after I called for service. A key had gotten stuck in the door and the door wouldn't stay latched or shut completely. Jordon is the most knowledgable and helpful guy I've ever come in contact with. He was determined to get it right and provided great insight to future work we are having done at the house. I will use O.C. Locksmith for some additional work that is needed... specifically Jordon.
