Our air conditioning unit is about six years old, and the air went out. We called Speir Heating and Air, and their service tech went up into the attic. He knew exactly what was wrong. He left, and came back 30 minutes later with a new part. Within another 30 minutes, he had the unit back up and running! There were no problems after that!
