Called them to come as thermostat was dead, no display at all. Also had some drain line issues from mold in the pipe. Great service as usual. No issues there.
Diagnosed that the thermostat was bad. This is communicative thermostat that can be controlled remotely. Its only 9 years old and I have two of them as two units. cost to replace was $1500.00 Yes read that again. $1500.00 wireless communication is dirt cheap these days. No reason for these to cost anywhere close to that number!!!! Talk about manufacturers sticking it to you, this is it. that is offensively overpriced,
