My AC quit cooling my house in hot weather. My son uses Air Assurance so I called early Monday morning. I asked to schedule an appointment but I also wanted an annual maintenance contract. I scheduled for 5pm that day. The service call would have been $139 for after hours call. But because I set up contract the cost was $80 something. Sam Buttle notified me he was on his way. Before he walked into house he put surgery type protectors over his shoes, checked out thermostat, filters, outside unit and then unit in attic.
He offered to install new filters, but I didnt have them, he cleaned outside unit (really dirty) and checked freon. ( none was needed), and fixed disconnected duct in attic. He took before and after pictures of all the work he did. I was so impressed with his honesty and communication. He showed me before and after pictures of everything. I immediately could tell cool air was being generated.
Sam was thorough and explained everything. I will request him in the future!
