Charged for item under warranty!

Luke came out and serviced our unit. Replaced the capacitor that was on a less than 2 year unit. Unit was under 10 year warranty but was charged $137 for the part that was replaced. Do not understand being charged for a warranted item!!??

I apologize if it wasn't communicated, however, the part was warrantied. It was the labor that is not warrantied. Unfortunately, the unit was not under an extended labor warranty and was not purchased through us, therefore the labor and administration to execute said parts warranty was the $137 charge. We appreciate your business.
