Their warranties on the equipment they sell are much better than I thought they would be. They replaced the water heater and only charged for labor. They also reset the warranty for a very reasonable fee. The installers were very professional and knowledgeable and were eager to explain what they were doing and gave me very good advise in how to better maintain the unit.
