I had an appointment last Wednesday at 9:00. After waiting no one showed up so I finally called around 10:00. I was told by the guy who answer the phone he had been trying to call me all morning and someone had been by my house but no one came to the door. I was home and didn't hear anyone at the door. I was told I need to re-schedule, I didn't agree with that, I asked what numbers did u call? Okay, he called my work nunber, which I wasn't there, he had my old cell phone number and he had my home number wrong by two numbers, that why they couldn't reach me. I asked to speak with owner, he said that person was out in the field. All of a sudden he came up with an opening around 12. My reason for this review is because at first I thought the person that answers the phone was rude, but attitude change after I asked to speak to upper management. All of a sudden he became friendly after he found out he called all the wrong numbers.
