Three years ago we received a call from my pet sitter that my furnace was out of fuel Our oil delivery service had missed a visit. After several calls the oil company finally showed up with five gallons of oil, an attitude and the proclamation that our cast iron furnace had crack because it had no fuel. This was a Friday and the temperature were projected to go dto to below 7 degrees.

ENTER ITAK. We called Itak they sent someone out immediately. They kept our furnace running all weekend until they could get a new furnace in to the house. They did this for two reasons. One being my house is 160+ years old and had cast iron radiators which freeze at a high temperture then other forms of radiant heat and two, they wanted to keep our cats warm. Simply put they saved our old house,
By Monday afternoon we had a working furnace but they came in for several days to make sure everything was working properly.
This was a definite insurance claim or maybe a lawsuit. Mr Itak wrote a letter to our insurance company that was so through that we were paid, minus our deductible, within eight weeks and earlier this year after are insurance company sued the oil company we received our deductible back. All because Mr Itak's letter put the blame on the company that screwed up.
Our new oil company continues to ask to service our furnace but no, only Itak services our furnace.. They have become like family.
