Excellent customer service by Maddox Bowman. He was one of the most friendly, knowledgeable technicians we’ve had in our home. Maddox went above and beyond for this service visit. He was informative regarding maintenance of our central air system, took the time to go over our current system needs/updates, and tolerated our Golden Doodle puppy greeting him. Will request him for future service visits. Would recommend Jay’s HVAC to anyone in need of HVAC or plumbing repairs or just education on annual service.
