This was my first time using Bluefrog Plumbing and Drain and I am not super happy with the experience. I was having some troubles with my toilet backing up so I called them up. The plumber that came out was professional and nice but he couldn't really handle my problem. He did let me know that I had a more major issue that needed to be handled but in the meantime, I just wanted a working toilet. I did complain to the manager and he was really nice about wanting to work with me to fix my toilet problem. Overall, it was just ok.
