Maintenance visit -- solid
It was the 1-year checkup. Nothing disturbing or unexpected. Got a different response from the original installers (change filter every six months) and maintenance (every 3 months), but otherwise things were fine. Lots of settings checked, items cleaned, all was right on the money (proved with photos and metered values) -- just what I'd expect after only a year.
