I had my drained cleaned and after the process the young man splashed what ever was in my drain on my finished side of the basement. I contacted ASI and one of the owners called me back very quickly ASI had all of my basement carpet cleaned the next day. He made at least 4 phone calls to me before and after. Problems happen. ASI communicated and took care of the problem very quickly.
