Called on Tuesday & appt was made for Wednesday (it wasn't an emergency). Mike Sloan came to repair. Mike has been here for other problems (such as leaky copper pipes in basement) and is always pleasant and gets the job done! He calls before he arrives, and explains everything before he leaves. I am very satisfied & would recommend ASI, and Mike, to anyone!
