Your technician John, is fantastic. He arrived about 1:30" and stayed till after 5:00. He tried to get this Honeywell thermostat working properly. Having no luck, and contacting Honeywell directly he replaced the thermostat. He still could not get the new thermostat to work, after numerous attempts. He arranged a joint meeting with our internet provider and Four Star to try to solve this issue. We can't thank John and Four Star enough.
