Initially, we planned to replace 3 faucets in our bathroom. They all are working great, just wear and tear signs on the cosmetic look. All faucets (current and replacement) are the same Delta model. We furnished our parts. Baker Brothers charged $771 for 3 installations.
Because cost is high. We decided to replace only one faucet, and Baker Brothers charged $227 for the installation. Half way done, the technician told us that he has to run new plumbing lines, and additional cost is $281.

Bait and Switch tactics.

Now, final cost is over $518 for only one faucet installation.

We have had Baker Brothers' services for the last few years. Mostly were drain clogs in the kitchen and bathroom. This service call described above caught us off guard.

Updated 10/15/2021: We got a phone call from one guy, named Joe. He said $518 is a standard price to replace one faucet. What he could do is to refund us $50. We declined the $50 refund.
