I had an awful experience with this company. Not only did they misdiagnose my AC issues, they incorrectly installed my coil. This caused the system to continuously go out and they were repeatedly unable to resolve the issue. Finally, i hired an independent AC contractor who discovered their error in minutes. Baker Brothers admitted fault but were only willing to refund me ~10% as I had a new system which i didnt need and didnt want. Essentially they showed up at my house with a new car and demanded payment. They were incompetent, unprofessional and unethical throughout the entire process.I caught them in several lies. At the end they basically challenged me to take legal action. I think fraud is part of their business model after my experience
