O'Donnell Plumbing, Heating & Air does excellent work, but I think they are quite a bit pricey. I give them 2 stars because of their price only. Something was wrong with one of my toilets but I also wanted to have one of my pumps done. The price the was too high, so I didn't. Other than that, I think O'Donnell's service is great and I know John. I give them five stars for their service because I do like the guys there--they are good people. I love having them and wouldn't leave them. I think their service is wonderful but, if it's a big ticket item, I have to shop around.
