Thank you for your submission. The turn around process for applications is contingent on how quickly the applicant submits all required documentation. Once an application is received we are notified immediately and the process begins. We look for good to great credit, as a household the applicants need to make at least 2.5X's the rent per month (verifiable income), and we will conduct a rental verification. We can have an answer for an applicant within 24 hrs if all necessary documents have been received. 

We received your application 3/17/17 and I sent a follow up email asking you for correct information since your date of birth was entered incorrectly. On Sunday 3/19 partial income verification was sent. The following business day I advised I needed more information to finish your application. I did not hear back from you until 3/21/17. On 3/22/17 I asked for you to give me a call to discuss your application, from what was submitted you did not meet the income or credit qualification for the specific property you were applying to. I requested any additional income to help meet the income requirements. At that time I also advised you I was waiting on your rental verification. When we are processing applications and verifying income, unfortunately a screen shot of a bank statement on a phone will not suffice. I explained that I needed official documents. The documents needed were never received. Unfortunately, we were unable to hold the property, it can not be assumed that the applicant is looking for other forms of income, co-signers, etc, if we do not hear from them. We look  at an applicants applications we a whole, credit, rental verification, and income. Unfortunately, we were unable to approve your application due to your credit and you did not meet our income requirements for this specific property. You were notified of our decision on 3/24/17. A letter was also sent out with more detailed information. I apologize for an inconvenience this may have caused and I wish you the best.
